Between the tsunami and the insanity that reigns supreme in our nations capital was just a bit overwhelming this past week. The Mother proved who the bigger bitch was. It sure wasn't Bush. Yes it does look like that person Gonzales is going to get confirmed. This is the same person who thought that parts of the Geneva Convention had been rendered quiant in parts when dealing with terrorists detainees. That torture was fine to use on the detainees.

Newsflash we are supposed to be the good guys.. That means we play by the rules even when the rules are inconvient. It is what makes us not the bad guys. Or does that make to much sense?

Yes, Rev. King would most likely say that homosexuality in itself was a sin, but I equally think that once he was shown that this was in reality a civil rights cause. I believe he would have been against any Addmenment to deny gays to a civil union.

I wont comment on tsunami other to say that my heart and sympathy goes out to the children and the shattered families of this disaster. And yes I have donated to relief efforts.
